Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers for retail banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other liability products.
  • Generate business through branch walk-ins, customer referrals, and market sourcing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-sell banking products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Home Loans.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the bank.
