Relationship Manager (Global India & Expat) In this role you will:
Manage and develop a portfolio of HNWI clients ensuring appropriate administrative support.
Provide full-service banking by marketing and delivering relevant HSBC products and services.
Grow portfolio profitability through targeted acquisition, deepening existing relationships and driving Net New Money and revenue across appropriate banking and wealth solutions.
Deepen existing relationships to grow AUM revenue and net new money (NNM) inflows.
Partner with the Platform Manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve issues.
Build trusted relationships by understanding cross-border needs and maintaining a strong client contact plan.
Manage end-to-end client journey: onboarding documentation, account maintenance, transaction support and query resolution, owning delivery and keeping turnaround times tight.
