Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Business Development

•Serve as a Relationship Manager for Japanese, Asian, and international corporate clients, particularly in the real estate sector

• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities

• Identify and originate new real estate lending opportunities (development finance, acquisitions, investment loans)



Real Estate Finance & Deal Execution

• Structure and execute real estate financing transactions
