Job Description Strategize and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve loans/deposits growth and profitability without compromising on asset quality through increased engagement with existing and new customers.
- Enhance relationship and acquire new business to achieve the given targets/RRWA/CASA
- Ensure proper and timely review of loans to maintain good asset quality
- Actively grow share of wallet and cross‑sell other bank products
- Organic and New business growth
- Propose credit cases/new loans to GCMS and Credit Committee (Singapore and Malaysia) for approval.
- Assess and recommend exit strategies for weak accounts.
