Overview

The Relationship Officer is responsible for using their knowledge of local real estate markets to help potential clients buy real estate properties. Their duties include meeting with their clients to discuss their ideal property requirements and price points, and overseeing open-houses and showing clients properties that align with their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist potential property buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Deliver or present promotional presentations to current or prospective customers. Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
