To build a profitable asset portfolio for the branch by selling and marketing bank products to prospective clients after carefully analyzing their potential to repay loans in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, both individuals and businesses, in need of loans.
• Establish strong rapport and relationships with clients.
• Act as a salesperson, persuading clients to obtain loans.
• Assist clients in the loan application process.
• Analyze and verify applications to determine clients' creditworthiness.
• Complete documentation in accordance with the bank’s policy.
• Obtain necessary approvals before disbursement from the BCC.
• Disburse loans after all formalities are satisfactorily completed.
