Responsibilities


+ Coordinate and facilitate all Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, System Demo, Scrum of Scrums, PI Inspect & Adapt, and PO Sync.

+ Act as the escalation point for obstacles reported by Development Teams and empower teams to remove impediments.

+ Work with the Program Team to resolve or escalate risks and issues, ensuring collaboration in cross-train Scrum of Scrums.

+ Ensure work aligns to the Release Train value stream continuously.

+ Enable teams to remove impediments and escalate as needed.

+ Own escalated impediments, raising issues to leadership if unresolved in a timely manner.

+ Assist in delivering PI Objectives.
