Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our Technology organization. The RTE will facilitate large-scale Agile events, ensure alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and optimize the delivery of value in a SAFe environment. This role works closely with Technical Managers, Product Management, and Agile teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain delivery performance, and support enterprise‑scale Agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and events such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and system demos.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery commitments.
