The specialist oversees predictive maintenance technologies and programs such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil monitoring. They investigate equipment failures to determine root causes, drive corrective actions, and perform periodic audits focused on safety, regulatory compliance, and maintenance effectiveness. The position also supports project commissioning activities and develops key performance indicators to improve equipment reliability.
