The Reliability Engineer’s primary duties are to utilize reliability principles and methods to contribute to the development and qualification of power tool products. The Reliability Engineer will apply multiple analysis techniques to determine and communicate risks/mitigations as well as define the product requirements needed to develop disruptive and market-leading consumer products.

A successful candidate will bring creativity, accountability, and strong experience in requirements definition, validation, manufacturing processes, communication, and data analysis to the new product development team.
