Position Overview

Purpose of the Job:

  • Develop and enhance the reliability and asset performance of critical Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) assets
  • Minimize unplanned downtime improve equipment availability and optimize lifecycle performance
  • Support safe compliant and cost-effective plant operations through data-driven reliability engineering

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop implement and continuously improve reliability strategies for critical STP assets
    • Monitor and analyze reliability KPIs (MTBF MTTR availability failure trends)
    • Conduct FMEA RCM studies and lead RCA for major and recurring failures
    • Identify chronic equipment issues (bad actors) and implement improvement plans
    • Analyze CMMS/EAM data to identify trends and support decision-making
    • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate reliability performance
