Role Summary:
Acts as a bridge between development and lab test teams, supporting both hands-on testing and reliability analysis. Responsibilities include:

+ Planning, developing, and executing environmental and reliability tests

+ Operating and supporting lab-based testing (thermal, vibration, HALT/HASS, TVAC)

+ Coordinating failure analysis and supporting root cause investigations

+ Analyzing test results to identify trends, failure modes, and reliability risks
