Relief Chef

Location: New Ross, Co. Wexford

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Relief Chef to join our team in a residential care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals in line with residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
  
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
  
• Plan daily food production and assist with menu preparation where required.
