Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently looking to recruit Relief Support Workers to our Bank Team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic individuals who are well motivated and keen to join our friendly team in Market Harborough. These services are split over four sites in, delivering support to individuals with a wide range of needs. Two of the services have a waking night requirement, and the service users have high levels of support needs. The third has a sleep over requirement and supports two independent service users. The fourth service in Market Harborough is for young adults where we support them through their day-to-day lives, emotionally whilst assisting their development of valuable life skills.
