What You’ll Do

• Design and define refund methodologies, documenting assumptions, decisions and limitations to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Build and deliver robust refund calculators that enable remediation to be executed accurately and at scale.
• Partner with Pricing, Data and Remediation teams to determine data requirements and ensure integrity of inputs used in calculations.
• Analyse complex scenarios, applying sound judgement to ensure calculations reflect the nuances of each remediation issue.
• Contribute to improving methodologies and analytics to strengthen consistency, quality and efficiency across remediation activity...
