About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist II to support a fast-paced commercial insurance team. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives and Brokers to manage key account servicing activities, support client deliverables, and ensure operational excellence throughout the policy lifecycle. This position offers valuable exposure to commercial risk operations and the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals on complex client accounts.
Key Responsibilities

+ Support account servicing activities including renewals, endorsements, invoices, certificates of insurance, surplus lines filings, auto ID cards, premium allocations, and policy documentation.

+ Review and maintain accurate records within agency management systems and document management platforms.
