Alignerr is seeking postdoctoral researchers, PhD holders, and Masters-level experts to tackle challenging AI training problems and contribute to systems used worldwide. This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling.

You will design and evaluate multi-disciplinary AI tasks, craft problem statements, and ensure rigorous, well-documented results. Prior AI industry experience is not required; academic expertise is valued.
