Contract: Full-time. Location: Remote (UK) with occasional in-person meetings and workshops in London. Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Start Date: ASAP. Closing Date: Sunday 24th May 2026.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Designer to join our Operations team as a Course Developer & Skills Coach for the Level 6 Service Designer apprenticeship programme.

This role works closely with the Curriculum Innovation Manager, Digital Learning Team, and wider Operations function to design and deliver engaging apprenticeship learning experiences aligned to the ST0894 Service Designer standard.
