Become a Customer Support Analyst at Insight Global for BMO, fully remote across Canada. Engage customer interactions, support processes, and enhance digital tools to drive customer loyalty.
This role focuses on the transformation initiatives within BMO’s Customer Loyalty and Sales Enablement group. Ideal candidates have experience in retail banking or customer support, preferably using BMO Customer Connect. You will contribute to AML centralization, ongoing strategy execution, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support centralization of AML processes for branches
• Execute customer experience strategies in retail banking
• Utilize Customer Connect for tracking customer interactions
• Manage complex, sensitive customer conversations
• Contribute to enhancements in digital market tools
Requirements:
• Experience with BMO Customer Connect or Big Bank background
• Retail banking experience in AML, fraud, or advisory
