Job Description
The Director of Enterprise Platforms is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, stability, and evolution of enterprise SaaS platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Pro WFM within a regulated healthcare environment. On a day-to-day basis, this leader drives platform performance by coordinating across engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and operating reliably. They partner closely with HRIS, Finance/Accounting IS, and business stakeholders to align platform priorities with organizational goals and ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
