Now Hiring: Remote Estate Planning Paralegal

GS Virtual is looking for an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support a US-based law firm remotely.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience working with a US client or US law firm in estate planning.

You should be familiar with preparing and handling documents such as:

• Wills

• Trusts

• Powers of Attorney

• Healthcare Directives

• Other estate planning forms and supporting documents

Experience with probate, trust administration, client intake, and legal document review is a plus.

Most importantly, please indicate in your application if you have experience using WealthCounsel software.

This is a remote role, so we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
