Remote Estimator

We are seeking a Remote Estimator to support construction estimating efforts. This role is fully remote and involves preparing accurate cost estimates and bid support.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepare detailed project cost estimates remotely

• 
  

  Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents

• 
  

  Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing

• 
  

  Support bid submissions and preconstruction efforts

• 
  

  Maintain estimating documentation and records

Qualifications

• 
  

  Estimating experience required

• 
  

  Healthcare or industrial experience preferred

• 
  

  Strong communication and remote collaboration skills

• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple bids
