Reports to: Director, Measurement & Evaluation

Salary Range: $66,697 – $83,372 – $100,046 (Typical hiring range: $71,000 – $79,000)

Location: Pan‑Canadian, office in Ottawa, Ontario. Flexible work options including permanent/fully remote, hybrid, flexible hours, and compressed work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation of HEC’s evaluation strategy and activities in alignment with HEC’s Logic Model and Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).
• Supports HEC programs with the design and implementation of evaluation plans, intervention projects and program‑level instrument design and analysis, ensuring consistent data collection, analysis and data‑management practices across HEC programs.
