Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to support successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation.
Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and problem solving in the field.
Support customers and internal teams with technical documentation, training materials, and accurate records of support activities.
Collaborate closely with service, support, development, and commercial colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve customer experience.
Ihr Profil
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, microfluidics, materials science, analytical chemistry, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in areas such as single cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development is highly desirable.
