Residence Supply is a fast-growing, design-driven lighting and hardware brand hiring a senior People/HR Ops leader to own talent from posting to onboarding. You will implement performance metrics, establish cadence for reviews, and protect confidentiality across a global team.

You’ll start solo and eventually build a small talent team, aligning hiring, retention, and headcount costs with the Director of Operations. The role is fully remote with US Eastern hours.
