Position Overview
Pursue a career as a Remote HR Advisor specializing in Health and Safety with Dollarama. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, incident analysis, and enhancing employee safety training.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll ensure adherence to OHS policies while advising on health and safety issues in a retail environment. You will also participate in risk assessment initiatives and manage claims to mitigate workplace hazards and foster employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an advisory resource for OHS matters
• Develop and conduct training for employees and managers
• Analyze incidents and accidents to identify root causes
