Position Overview
A leading global IT services organisation is looking for an experienced ITSM Project Manager for a 6-month contract, working 3 days per week in a remote setting. The role involves leading the delivery of IT service management improvements across a complex multi-region IT estate, with a focus on ITIL process maturity and ServiceNow optimisation. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks. Occasional workshops may be held in London or Cambridge.
