This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong defense litigation experience who excels in law and motion practice and is a high-level legal writer.


Key Responsibilities

+ Handle substantive law and motion work

+ Draft, review, and revise a variety of pleadings and motions

+ Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written arguments

+ Support case strategy through motion practice and briefing


Requirements
Qualifications

+ Active California Bar admission required

+ Prior experience in defense litigation

+ Demonstrated strength in legal research and writing
