The Northwest London Virtual Hospital (NWLVH) is recruiting an experienced band 6 practitioner to provide virtual care and monitoring to acute patients. The team are based at St Charles Hospital in Ladbroke Grove. Patients remain at home and care is delivered over the telephone and via digital applications. Individuals should have solid clinical knowledge as a registered nurse or AHP, although any acute clinical background is welcome. No specific IT or remote monitoring experience is required; training will be provided but an aptitude for technology is an advantage. You must be willing and able to speak to patients on the telephone frequently.
