Job Description
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining decision services using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).The individual will build reusable rule assets and object models that align with enterprise standards and support shared-service reuse initiatives. They will integrate ODM decision services with upstream and downstream systems through APIs and service-based architectures, leveraging REST and SOA patterns. Additionally, they will participate in CI/CD processes to ensure reliable and consistent deployments, utilizing modern engineering practices and version control. The role also involves providing production support, including troubleshooting and performance tuning of decisioning services, while ensuring alignment with monitoring and observability standards.
