Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the flow of work orders from creation to completion.
- Assist tenants in troubleshooting common maintenance issues such as HVAC problems, plumbing concerns, etc.
- Assign work orders to the most suitable vendors and source new vendors when necessary.
- Qualify work orders and ensure accuracy of invoices before submitting them to accounting for payment and closing out the work order.
- Collaborate with team members for updates and smooth workflow transitions.
- Regularly communicate with property owners and tenants regarding work orders.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, able to guide customers through issues to understand the underlying problems.
- At least 1 year of experience using Property Management Software, with familiarity in systems like Property Meld considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in repair work.
