Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on, senior‑level Full Stack Engineer to support high‑priority initiatives focused on mental health programs and automation. This role is heavily centered on rapid prototyping, discovery, and innovation, with an emphasis on quickly demonstrating value before transitioning into formal sprint execution.
This individual will play a key role in uncovering the art of the possible—leveraging modern tools, AI, and cloud technologies to build functional prototypes, advise stakeholders, and guide solution direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead rapid prototyping efforts, including building functional UI and application prototypes with quick turnaround
Support and enhance existing proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) rather than starting from scratch
Work across front‑end and back‑end development to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Act as a technical advisor, providing options, recommendations, and trade‑offs to stakeholders (including Ram)
