Position Overview

New Era Technology is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide remote, ticket-based support for a key NZ client. Working hours include morning shifts with NZDT, and a mix of remote and occasional office work if nearby.

You will log, triage, and resolve incidents per SLA, support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows environments, and collaborate with internal teams to improve services while delivering exceptional customer service.
