The Senior Backend Microservices Java Developer is being brought in to support a major strategic platform overhaul and consolidation of grievances and appeals systems for a large healthcare insurance organization. This role will focus on designing, building, and modernizing scalable backend microservices that support mission-critical workflows, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep backend engineering expertise, cloud-native design experience, and a strong understanding of building secure, high-performance services that integrate with enterprise databases while handling sensitive healthcare data.
