Our customer in the streaming industry is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join their Web Engineering organization. In this role, you'll help drive the technical direction and delivery of front-end experiences across their main streaming platform and the other brands they support. You'll mentor a team of Engineers, drive execution on high-impact projects, and raise the bar on code quality, performance, and developer experience — all while shipping features that millions of users interact with every day. . You'll spend meaningful time in the codebase while also mentoring engineers, unblocking teams, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver great user experiences (i.e. focusing mainly on front-end architecture, content discovery, personalization, playback experiences, and platform performance for millions of streaming users). This role consists of a mix of net new projects, maintenance/support of existing initiatives, etc....
