REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor
Objective:
To collect complete, accurate, unbiased telephone survey data for GDCC clients by adhering to all required survey protocol
Essential Job Duties:
β’ Collects unbiased and accurate telephone survey data
β’ Reads questionnaires verbatim
β’ Uses proper interviewing techniques as outlined by company
β’ Records respondents' answers with 100% accuracy
β’ Submits verified payroll-hours accurately and on time
β’ Attends and comprehends all project briefings as required
β’ Ensures confidentiality of the client and of the respondent's answers
β’ Understands and adheres to data collection quality assurance standards
β’ Ability to work shifts with a high degree of flexibility and dependability
β’ Performs other essential duties as required
