The Video Operator is responsible for supporting the engineering needs of our remote broadcast and will paint and shade cameras, plus monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the technical operations of our remote events. Provides technical engineering in the planning, design and implementation of a wide variety of events.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for adjusting video levels, black/white balance, and color balance between all cameras.
+ Patches and routes video, works with video team/staff to place monitors for talent and the show.
+ Ability to troubleshoot any video problem including camera, cabling, lens, etc. issues/concerns
+ Manage and organize remote compound video, fiber cable and source list.
+ Organize, plan and develop workflows with support of Operations and Production partners.
