The Nursing Supervisor for Nephrology and Dialysis Services will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dialysis and nephrology units, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring full compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Dialysis and Nephrology units to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring competency in all dialysis procedures.
