Job Description
We’re hiring a Renewal Support Consultant to join our centralized operations team in the Denver Tech Center. In this fully onsite role (5 days/week) in the Denver Tech Center, you’ll support the resident lifecycle by managing renewals, notices, and key administrative processes that keep communities running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Manage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork)Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentationSupport onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and shared inbox requestsAssist with post move-out processes and ensure compliance with internal proceduresMaintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systemsCollaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experienceQualifications
