We are seeking a rent ledger accountant for a permanent position in our finance team, as the current employee is retiring. You will work closely with the finance manager and various teams, playing a central role in ensuring smooth daily financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the rent ledger and payment transactions.
- Participate in daily financial processes.
- Allocate payments, process payment data and purchase invoices.
- Assist in monthly bookkeeping preparation and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data.
- Perform related financial duties associated with rent payments and invoicing.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in financial management (e.g., business college or bachelor of business administration).
- Experience in managing rent ledgers or similar accounting tasks.
- Proactive and constructive work attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
