About the role

As the first point of contact for customers entering or calling the branch, you will provide smooth service and match customer needs with the right vehicle. You’ll build trusted, long‑term relationships, learn business requirements, and support them as their needs evolve.

• Managing the rental fleet – COFs, RUC, servicing and tyre management.
• Handling after‑hours calls as per the call‑out roster.
• Invoicing rental agreements and communicating promptly about vehicle damage.
