About the role

The main responsibility of the Maintenance specialist is to coordinate, guide, and participate in the daily operations of the maintenance team to preserve the good condition of our properties in Dubai.

You will plan, coordinate, and participate in a variety of general maintenance tasks including AC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting & plastering, carpentry, pool maintenance, landscaping, and more.

The ideal candidate has good field experience, a strong problem‑solving mind, and attention to detail. They also can balance field work with team and office responsibilities.
