Position Overview

The Repair Manager is responsible for managing Skyways Technics’ repair vendor network in support of trading and external repair requirements across the EMEA region, while leading the Repair Management team. Reporting directly to the Group Repair Manager, the role oversees the sourcing and purchase of required repair services.

The role’s primary focus is to ensure that external repair requirements are met in a manner that facilitates quality outcomes and on‑time delivery to customers, while maintaining the most efficient and cost‑effective approach. The Repair Manager is also accountable for the work‑related wellbeing, development, and performance of their direct reports within the Repair Management team.
