Current Issue

A crack is observed on the first floor facade wall where the cement/plaster structure is split or damaged.

Scope of Work

• Inspect the affected facade wall crack area.
• Remove loose or damaged plaster/cement from the cracked area.
• Clean and prepare the surface.
• Repair the crack using suitable exterior-grade repair mortar/material.
• Finish the repaired surface to match the existing facade.
• Apply matching exterior paint on the repaired area.
