Support engine component MRO operations by developing repair processes, driving technical excellence, and ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Develop and qualify new repair processes, create work instructions, and support tooling/fixture design for aero-engine components. Provide technical leadership to production, including inspections, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new machine/process qualifications, and enhance repair efficiency and yield.
Requirements 3–5 years of experience in aerospace repair and overhaul (MRO) environment. Knowledge of repair processes such as welding (TIG/EBW), thermal spray, heat treatment, brazing, machining, and related techniques is advantageous. Strong team player with a proactive, motivated approach to working in cross-functional environments.
