• Resolve shop related tasks; basic plumbing parts, bearings, repair work Ability to understand technical aspects of hydraulic hose sizes, threads, types and specs.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of hydraulic fittings, adapters, couplings, ferrules, connectors, general hardware bolts, nails, screws, lug nuts and others.
• Understand the needs of every customer and help them find a solution for the type of hose they need built or the right product they need.
• Operate hydraulic machinery.
• Complete and process hose sales on a point-of-sale register.
• Utilize tablets/computers for logging jobs and materials.
