Job Objective

To test, repair, modify, and recertify IFE equipment in accordance with applicable regulation (GCAA/EASA/UK CAA)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to component level in accordance with GCAA/EASA regulations and company Inspections Procedures Manual.
• Modify equipment based on OEM service bulletin and manufacturer documentation (CMM IPC).
• Complete quality and production paperwork, prepare estimates and maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with current quality assurance requirements.
• Communicate with Team Leader, Customer Service, Quality and Supply Chain Group as required to support repair process.
• Participate in Technician cross training.
• Ensure any tooling used is duly cleaned and returned in serviceable condition or clearly labeled if defective....
