**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician with strong experience in thru-hole and surface-mount soldering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in component-level soldering repair, particularly with RF (radio frequency) technologies. You will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing printed circuit boards (PCBs) at the component level. The role involves working on radio antennas and amplifier transmitters.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.
+ Conduct component-level soldering repairs.
+ Test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs at the component level.
+ Work with radio antennas and amplifier transmitters.
+ Handle heavy equipment of 50+ lbs, such as sliding radios on a conveyor belt.
+ Share a workbench with 1st and 2nd shift technicians.
