POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Repair Technician is responsible for repairing defective head units for Hyundai and Kia Motors, ensuring MRC provides quality products and service to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and operate test equipment to diagnose and confirm customer complaints.
- Inspect radio and navigation systems to determine repair requirements.
- Repair or replace defective parts and assemblies.
- Perform light surface-mount soldering as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective repairs of radio and navigation systems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all field complaints documented by Mobis Quality.
- Analyze customer complaints and compare findings with Mobis Quality data.
