The purpose of this role is to ensure full compliance with housing legislation, the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), and Awaab's Law. The postholder will oversee housing disrepair cases, damp and mould prevention and remediation programmes, regulatory compliance activities, and the delivery of high-quality repair services that safeguard residents' health, safety, and wellbeing.
